TLA Camp Medical Policies
The Lost Art (TLA) wants to thank each parent/guardian for registering their child (Camper) for its Summer Etiquette and Leadership Enrichment Camp. The camp provides a fun and challenging environment for children to learn essential life skills such as self-confidence, team building, and business creation.
TLA aims to assure each parent/guardian that their young camper will be safe while engaging in fun activities. TLA takes the medical situation of its campers seriously and has a comprehensive medical policy in place. We collaborate with each parent to complete all medical forms and provide information about their childs medical history, allergies, and medications that will help TLA in case of a medical need by understanding and agreeing with the following information.
